Festival location
The Radovljica Chocolate Festival takes place near the heart of the old town centre of Radovljica. The town has an exit from the A2 motorway, and lies just a few kilometres from world famous Bled. The festival takes place in the Radovljica’s town park , old town centre and manor house. Entrance tickets and tasting coupons are available at the entrance (Town Park).
The festival venue is just 50 metres from Radovljica’s main bus station and 100 metres from the railway station.

How to get to the festival?
The festival venue is just 100 metres from Radovljica’s railway station. There are direct trains to Radovljica from Ljubljana.
Take advantage of special IJPP weekend benefits or chocolate packages including a return ticket, festival ticket, tasting vouchers and a welcome drink.
You can buy chocolate packages on train or stations between Ljubljana and Radovljica.

NOTICE: During the festival, some international trains will also stop at Radovljica Train Station. Due to track works on Sunday, alternative buses will operate instead of trains.

Buses will take you right to the heart of the action. Radovljica’s main bus station is just 20 metres from the festival venue. There are frequent buses serving Radovljica and onwards to Bled, Kranj, Ljubljana, Kranjska Gora and Bohinj. Buses run from Ljubljana to Radovljica and vice versa every hour and on Fridays every half-hour. The timetable can be found here
You can also drive to the festival. Radovljica is easily accessible and close to the motorway. Free parking will be available close to the festival venue, and will be controlled by marshals. Tourism Radol’ca kindly requests visitors to obey the instructions of the marshals.
Where to stay?
Radovljica and the surroundings offer a wide choice of private accommodation as well as a small number of hotels and youth hostels. You can choose from accommodation in the heart of the festival action or close by in the midst of green countryside.

BUS STATION FOR TOURIST BUSES AND COACHES
During the festival, Tourist buses of registered groups will be allowed access to main bus station in Radovljica (Kranjska cesta 9, 4240 Radovljica). The bus stop is located only 50 metres away from the festival venue . Bus access will be permitted for short stops only (group drop off and pick up).
Parking of tourist buses at the bus station will not be possible during the festival, it will be arranged at another location. The bus station will be open for regular bus services during the festival.

Yes. No entrance fee for children under the age of 18.
No. Tastings are not free.
During the festival parking will be available close to the festival venue. Marshals will control the parking regime.
Buying tickets
Tickets will be available on the day of the event.
Ticket price for over 18 years: 5 €
Children under 18 years of age do not need a ticket.
The ticket does not include tastings and is valid on the day of purchase.
When you purchase a ticket, you will receive a bracelet that allows multiple entry and exit from the venue.
The event takes place at two locations: PARK and LINHARTOV TRG Z GRAŠČINO
Purchase of tasting vouchers
All suppliers of chocolate have special products for tasting. These products are available in exchange for tasting coupons. Tasting vouchers can be purchased in sheets of 5 vouchers (the price of 1 sheet is 4,50 EUR) at the event box office. Cashiers are located at the entrance to the venue and at three locations inside the venue. More about tastings >>
